  I asked for layers and framing around my face. She literally cut all my hair the same length, around my face and everything...all exactly the same. When I asked about the layers she said they were there. Um...no.
  I didn't want to argue so I accepted it. Then THEY REFUSED A GIFT CARD! It says right on it it can be used at ANY IS LOCATION and they refused it.
  So I had to pay twice for my crappy haircut.
  If zero stars was a possibility thats what I would have given.
